DELIVERY & RETURNS

For all stocked items, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from placing an order and receiving your order confirmation email. We currently only ship to customers in the UK but hope to make our products available to customers worldwide soon. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

We are committed to delighting our customers with the best tasting and highest quality products. Given health & food safety compliance management, we are unable to accept returns of products purchased on our site. 

That said, if you are unhappy with the product(s) you have received, please do get in touch to let us know why.

If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it please email us at info@nooi.life within 30 minutes of placing the order and our customer happiness team will do their best to accommodate.

Any order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled, so we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled.

Discount codes can be applied to online orders only and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can only be redeemed once per customer. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. In order to apply your discount, please use the Checkout option. When you pay with ApplePay you may not get the option to add a discount to your order.
